Welcome to our chat-registration system. Before registering, please make sure to read all of the below "frequently asked questions" before registering.

What is this registration all about? Is it mandatory?

Does this mean that I have to have an account registered to enter the chat now?

Certain rooms require registered handles, while others do not.

What information do I have to provide when I register?

We are not looking to turn registration into an info-gathering exercise. All we need is your e-mail address, your intended handle, and a "login" and "password" of your choice.

Will my account become active right away when I complete the registration form?

What if I forget my password?

For the moment, you are out of luck, as this chat does not have an active customer service representative.

What if I try to register, and my handle is already taken?

You will need to choose another handle.

Will my account work in all rooms on bigbob.com that offer registration?

Yes.

What if I want to change my registered handle?

You can do so, but it will open your previous handle for use by someone else. You are allowed to create 5 accounts on bigbob.com, thereby allowing you 5 different handles. There will be an "edit account" page which will allow you to change your handle.

Please type in the handle you wish to use, including the HTML (if you don't know what HTML is, don't worry, just type the handle as you want it to appear). This will become your "registered" handle, and nobody else will be able to use it.

Enter a "login name" below. This will not appear to other chatters, but will allow you to log into our system without having to type out your entire handle. It is reccommended to select a login name that is less than 15 characters, for your own convenience.
